Vlicha is a truly excellent talent who can use their twisted take on stock midi patches to conjure a kinda of gamelan inspired equa-tonal art house landscape of surreal textures. Not only are the melodies catchy and off kilter the formats are raw and unfiltered. A stunning example of self taught outsider pop following in the footsteps of someone like Daniel Johnston, but from a strikingly 2021 perspective.
